This is a zine-style souvenir publication created by actress Linda Gillen from 1972 cult film “The Folks At Red Wolf Inn”, a seriocomic horror film about cannibalism being practiced at an isolated mansion, where the elderly proprietors lure unwitting female victims to their doom. “The Red Wolf Inn Cookbook” presents a group of gruesome tongue-in-cheek “recipes”, all involving some sort of human ingredient. It’s credited to author “Regina McKee”, Linda’s character in the film, who starts out a somewhat naive college student and ends up requiring a cookbook just like this one. This variation of the cookbook was created especially for a personal appearance Linda made at the Mahoning Drive-In in Lehighton, PA, on September 28th, 2018. It’s a uniquely comic and original item for Linda’s signature, and she will add a personalized autograph to each copy. The cover is glossy and in color, while the contents of the book are black and white. It is mostly text, but contains several original illustrations from artist Sam Panico. 8 1/2 x 5 1/2.
